Autumn is a time to let go, physically and emotionally. We revel in fall’s beauty of colors, fragrances, and stillness while being receptive to divine inspiration to guide us to return to our core. Autumn’s energy is the energy of the lungs, the energy of letting go. This makes autumn the perfect time to evaluate old patterns and resentments, and let go of those which do not serve us.
Join Trish Hart, E-RYT 500 of therapeutic yoga, and Dr. Caroline Moody, Licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Chinese Medicine, in a two-hour workshop combining the powerful modalities of yin yoga, meditation, meridian theory, and acupuncture to welcome this new season. This workshop will focus on seeing the beauty in the world around us, and aid in contemplation and renewal as we move into the dormant phase of the year.
